I had a good stay at this hotel, especially thanks to its excellent location near the Motorpoint Arena and shopping area, making it super convenient for my plans. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the staff were generally helpful. However, the parking situation was frustratingly expensive, and I faced some challenges with the sockets not accommodating my plugs properly, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, I appreciated my visit but wish certain aspects could be improved.
